BT Merchandising builds and operates its own digital businesses — commerce brands and AI software. We are operators, not consultants: we own what we develop and stand behind the outcome.

Our mission

Build, don’t advise.

We build and operate our own digital businesses — commerce brands on one side, scalable AI software on the other. Instead of writing concepts for others, we execute our own ideas and carry the entrepreneurial risk.

We think long term: we develop products that real customers use and pay for, and let them grow over years. Everything comes out of one studio in Berlin — on a shared platform, design and AI foundation that carries every new venture.
